How to cook a 4X4 Cheeseburger at home:
1. Turn heat on counter stove to 6/9 and allow the pan to preheat.
2. Place defrosted Burger in pan and set timer for 4 minutes.
3. Continually move the burger in the pan to keep from burning.
4. When timer goes off flip the burger and reset the timer for 4 minutes.
5. Repeat step 3.
6. If cheese is desired, place on at 1 minute mark and allow the burger to sit a moment after the final 4 minutes are complete.
7. Enjoy your perfect Medium 4X4 Cheeseburger.
Quick question - I think I asked in class already but because I have leaky brain syndrome I forgot - the "shot" list, is that just a list of what's on our storyboard? I did the story board and I did the video, then I went back looked at the assignment and realized I missed the "shot list" step. *scratches head* and I can't remember what that was.

I havent been working much this week and decided to work on this project a little more. I've linked a cut that I posted on youtube. Still needs Titles and a few more fixes.
Larry
erm... we weren't supposed to go that far with this - with transitions and such, were we? Just raw footage for now? I don't have a program capable nor do I have a clue how to do what Larry just did!

Yeah, we were only suppose to shoot footage, storyboard and shot list. I've been out of work for a week now and was trying to improve my FINAL CUT skills.
If anyone has any suggestions on job or recruiters in the area, shout. Till then I'm going to keep doing school work to keep busy.
I did a quick fix and change this morning to the how to video.

Kim,
The shot list is for purposes of shooting (since you may not shoot in the sequence of the story/storyboards).
You only need to bring footage to class -- we will cover capturing and trimming concepts.
Making Green Pea Gel (dessert)
Materials: Green split peas (1 Ib), Gelatin (2-4 small packages), sugar (1 +1/3 cups).
Prepare: Put peas in a large bowl, use 5 cups of water to soak it for 2-4 hours, then get ride of water as much as you can.
Cook: Put 5 cups of water in a pot, then put the peas in. Heat it until boiling, then simmer about 1 hour. You can put the sugar in at any time. Stir every 20 minutes or so to prevent sticking, and to help smash the peas, or you can use the blender at the end if you want it to be really fine. Then prepare the gelatin with some water enough to mix it well, then put the gelatin into the pan and simmer a little more. Put cooked peas soup into a container and let it cool. Then put it in the fridge for a little while, and enjoy.
